Return Policy

We always want your shopping experience at Collected by Sarah Sullivan to give you lots of inspiration and great vibes! While we know you'll love everything you purchase from us, we understand that sometimes a purchase might not work. We are here to help.

RETURNS

Returns are issued via store credit within 14 days from the shipment date. We do not offer refunds at this time. 

How do I Start a Return?

First, make sure your items qualify for a return. Please see below for excluded items.

What is excluded from returns?

Any items discounted 20% and over are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanges. This also includes sale items. 

Hats, intimates (including underwear), seasonal items, and Gift Cards do not qualify for returns. 

Items damaged due to care of clothing. We highly recommend reading the care instructions before washing or dry cleaning any items.

The returned item must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with the tags attached. If items look washed, worn, have odors or visible makeup/stains, we will not be able to accept the return for sanitary purposes and reserve the right to make a judgment at the time of return. 

Will you provide a shipping label?

Yes. Once we received your request to process a return, we will email you a UPS shipping label. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. A $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit refund. 

Is there anything else I need to include with my return?

Yes. Please include a note with the reason for your return with your first and last name, phone number, and email address. If this is not included, we will not be able to contact you and accept the return. 

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Please inspect all items upon receipt. If you believe an item is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. We are not able to make exceptions.

We inspect every item that is shipped out. Should you receive an item damaged, you will receive a replacement if the item is still in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will be refunded. 

Please follow the above instructions on how to return the item.

If the order is returned past the 14-day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card.
